Be a Postage Stamp
Life can get a little out of hand sometimes. Some of our mountains seem a little too high to climb. It gets hard resisting the temptation to give the corner a try. The world is such a scary place. Horrible things happen, on what seems to be, a daily basis. It is difficult to resist succumbing to the anxiety, the fear, and the unbelievably weighty burdens that pile upon our shoulders.
“Man is like a postage stamp. He may get licked, depressed, stuck in a corner, and sent from Post to Post, but he will always succeed and arrive in the right place if only he will stick to it.”
Be a super sticky stamp!
This week is yours! Make it great.

February 19, 2018 at 10:33 amI’m the stamp that gets stuck on the wrong envelope! I’m meant for London Paris or Sydney but I’ll be lucky to get to the Okeefenokee swamp!!

February 19, 2018 at 10:26 pmWhat an appropriate post for today! Thanks for that.
Incidentally, my particular stickiness was thwarted when the stamp manufacturers failed to make me sticky at all. We’ll see how far Scotch tape really can go…

February 19, 2018 at 10:44 pmI don’t know you, but from what I *do* know of you, I’d say you have the courage of your convictions to help that Scotch tape last!
